These terms govern your use of stickermatchcut.com, operated by codedash.ai. Using the site means you accept them.
What the site does
StickerMatchCut turns a sticker image into a sticker match cut video, free and without an account, with an optional AI Select tool for cutting the sticker out of a photo. We may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.
The videos you make
We claim no ownership of your output. You may use it personally or commercially, with no attribution and no licence fee. You are responsible for what you create, including having the rights to the sticker, logo, artwork and music you upload.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to create unlawful, defamatory or harassing content, to use logos, characters or artwork you do not have the rights to in a way that infringes them, to impersonate a real brand or person, or to disrupt the site for others.
Our material
The name, design, written content, code and the built-in surface photos and textures remain ours. They may appear in the videos you make, which you may use as described above, but may not be extracted and redistributed on their own.
Advertising
The site is intended to be supported by advertising supplied by third parties. We do not control the content of individual advertisements or the sites they lead to.
No warranty and liability
The site, including AI Select, is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any cut-out or video will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment in the European Union, and your mandatory consumer rights under local law are unaffected. We may update these terms, and the date above reflects the current version.
