We aim to reply within two working days. Privacy and data requests are answered within 30 days as required under the GDPR, and usually sooner.
Reporting something broken
Your video is made on your own device, so there is no server log of your session for us to look at. What you tell us is the diagnostic information. The details that help most are your browser and its version, the device, the kind of image you uploaded, and whether the preview, AI Select or the download went wrong.
Anything else
Feature requests are welcome, especially new surfaces, aspect ratios and export options. We also handle privacy requests under the privacy policy, legal or rights concerns including misuse of the tool, and press or partnership enquiries.
Who you are writing to
StickerMatchCut is built and operated by codedash.ai, which is also the data controller named in the privacy policy. There is more about the project on the about page.
